28. No chartered appraiser may collect interest on an outstanding account unless the rate of interest has been agreed upon with the client or any other person who undertook to pay the fees to the chartered appraiser. The rate must be reasonable.

28. No appraiser shall collect interest on an outstanding account without first notifying his client. The interest thus charged must be at a reasonable rate.
